Use this date night idea to get talking together

The Spark (by Hunter at Show Her Off Dance).

“Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength while loving someone deeply gives you courage.”

~Lao Tzu

Connecting Conversations

Sometimes a great question is all you need to start a meaningful conversation :)

This weekend, try asking your significant other:

  • Was there ever a time you doubted we’d make it? How do you feel looking back on that now?

  • What is your biggest priority in life right now?

  • Is there anything I’ve stopped doing that you used to like?

Date Night Idea

Ready to explore and learn together?

For this simple date night at home you can watch a TED Talk together on Youtube and then talk about the topic and discuss what you both think about it.

TED Talks are videos from expert speakers on all sorts of topics and are usually very well delivered and informative (and free!).

Here are a couple you can choose from (just search these in Youtube) and there are many many more if you’d prefer to watch something else:

The secret to desire in a long-term relationship - Esther Perel

How to get better at the things you care about - Eduardo Briceno

The boiling river of the Amazon - Andres Ruzo

This is what happens when you reply to spam email - James Veitch

Thoughtful Text Idea

Think back on a memory that you love and involved your partner for this one :).

Feel free to adjust to fit your voice:

“Do you remember that one time [specific notable memory]. Let’s do that again [OR] I can’t stop thinking about it today and it makes me smile. Love you.”

example:

“Do remember that one time we got ice cream and I spilled it on my jeans? Let’s do that again soon minus the spilling lol. Such a fun night. Love you.”

Whenever you’re ready, there are 3 ways I can help you:

  1. Take on Date Night Dancing 2 & 3 - If you’ve finished Date Night 1 and are ready to add more moves to your dance list checkout Date Night 2 and Date Night 3 for more fun and laughter together right at home.

  2. Let me know what you’d like to see more of in The Spark - What areas are you looking to grow personally and with your relationship?

  3. Become an affiliate for Date Night Dancing - If you have a business or audience and would like to promote the program to others you can apply here.
