The Spark (by Hunter at Show Her Off Dance).

5 Minute Spark: Knead You, Knead Me

Set a timer for five minutes. You each get two and a half.

No talking. No phones. Just touch.

Shoulders, neck, hands—wherever your intuition leads.

Let your hands say what words don’t need to. Don’t worry about technique—this is about attention.

When it’s your turn to receive, melt into it. When it’s your turn to give, be all in.

You might be surprised how quickly simple touch can awaken something deeper—desire, tenderness, maybe even a spark you didn’t know needed rekindling.

Date Idea: Let the Music Speak

Make a playlist of 5-7 songs for your partner around a theme or feeling you want to communicate to them.

For example if you want to show love you could pick romantic songs like Bright Light or Another First Date (shameless plug of my music 🙂 ) or perhaps the song you danced to at your wedding.

That’s the easy route.

To get creative points you can think of places, times and objects that hold special memories for you two and work backwards to find a song related to them.

If you met in July you could find songs about summer or July that might capture that special moment. And as a fun bonus you might discover some new music you like!

Once you’ve created your playlist have a mini date night where you two sit down together and listen to each song. To level up the vibes consider turning down the lights (or off), light some candles and prepare your significant other’s favorite drink.

After each song briefly explain why you chose it and give them a kiss - but each kiss has to be on a different spot!

Remember, every song tells a story, and now you're weaving those stories into your own love story. So press play and let the music remind you both why you fell in love :)

Connecting Conversations

“If you just communicate, you can get by. But if you communicate skillfully, you can work miracles.”
~Jim Rohn

This weekend, try asking your significant other these over coffee:

  • What is something simple that brings you joy?

  • What is one negative character trait I need to work on?

  • Tell me something you believed as a child that makes you laugh now

Bald Eagles Photos

Well it took me a minute (had to go through 9000 photos yikes) but I’ve finally uploaded the top 130 photos from my bald eagle photoshoot in Alaska.

Going to Oklahoma next week for storm-chasing to hopefully get some cool landscape shots.

Free to download and use however you’d like — enjoy!
