Thoughtful Text Idea

Let’s send some appreciation of how your loved one makes you a better person. Send them this text (feel free to alter to fit your voice):

Thanks for being you — you bring out the best in me. [Specific example from past 2 weeks]. Love you!

example:

Thanks for being you — you bring out the best in me. When I was getting annoyed at the guy who was standing in our section at the concert last week it was nice having you help calm me down vs going postal on him haha. Love you lots!”

Let’s Build Your Challenge Breakthrough

This is a short, custom-designed challenge to help you get unstuck in one area of your life or relationship — and start making real progress.

We’ll kick things off with a 1-on-1 Zoom call.

I’ll ask a few focused questions, listen closely, and then build you a 14–28 day challenge blueprint tailored to your specific situation, goals, and available time.

Each blueprint includes simple weekly action steps designed for real life — not overwhelm. You’ll also get short check-in emails from me to stay on track. You can do this solo or together with your partner.

Since I’m doing these personally, I’m opening up just 5 spots to start.

If one of the challenges speak to you, just reply to this email with the challenge name and I’ll send over the details.

  1. Relationship Booster Challenge
Even great relationships need a little boost sometimes.
Whether it’s more fun, better communication, deeper connection, or something else entirely — this challenge meets you where you are and helps you two move toward what matters most. Do it together (best!) or lead it solo.

  2. Health Kickstart Challenge
When your body’s off, everything feels harder. Let’s change that.
This track helps you build energy & confidence with simple actions around movement, food, sleep, and habits — no extremes required.

  3.  Get Unstuck Challenge

Make real progress on something that matters — even if you don’t feel “ready.” Perfect for goals, personal projects, or even just figuring out what you want next.

  4. Custom Challenge

Have something else in mind? I’ll build the challenge around your thing. Just choose this track and we’ll talk it out on the call.

Interested? Just reply to this email with the challenge name and I’ll follow up with details

Connecting Conversations

This weekend, try asking your significant other these over coffee:

  • What’s more important to you: mental sharpness or physical ability?

  • When you think of us, what’s something that always makes you smile?

  • What causes you stress at work, and how can I support you with that?
