Thoughtful Text Ideas
Ah yes, love is in the air… let’s send some through text too :)
Choose one of the messages below to text your partner today (feel free to alter to fit your voice)
To her:
FYI you are the only woman for me. No one else can take your place in my heart because you hold every bit of it.
Little reminder that I love your strength, your courage, your mind. And I love that you’re alll mine, all I could ever want. I love you.
To him:
I feel safest and happiest when I’m in your arms. Hold me soon?
I love, adore, and respect you for the amazing man you are. You’re my paradise, and I’d happily get stranded on an island with you for a lifetime. I love you.
Easy Romantic Idea
7 Day Sticky Note Challenge
Came across this in a book I just finished Reset (which was great) and wanted to pass along to you:
“Keep a sticky notepad and pen right by the toothbrush holder in the bathroom. Then, while you brush your teeth, you’re thinking about something positive you noticed about your partner. Something you appreciated. You write it on a sticky note and leave it for them to find: ‘Thanks for making time to talk college stuff with Lucas - you’re so good with him.’”
Easy to do (also easy not to do)
Give it a try for 7 days and see what you find :)
Connecting Conversations
Sometimes a great question is all you need to start a meaningful conversation :)
This weekend, try asking your significant other:
Tell me a time you felt really safe and supported by me
What is something you take for granted that someone else is longing for?
What’s one thing we’ve accomplished together that you never thought was possible, and how did we make it happen?
