Home Date Night
Hereās an easy and relaxing date idea you can do right in your living room:
A quick 20 minute yoga session, like this one from Sarah Beth Yoga (or hundreds more available on Youtube).
Great way to disconnect from your phones and reconnect with yourselves and your bodies.
Optional upgrades:
-Do an in-person yoga class together at local studio
-Spice it up at home session with lingerie or no clothes yoga
To discuss afterwards:
-Did we enjoy this is?
-Is this something we want to try adding once a week etc?
-Maybe we should book a couples massage soon?
Coffe Conversation: Microplastics
Oh yay microplastics are getting everywhere - including our brains, testes, ovaries and more. If health is something you two prioritize take a look at this video from Dr. Rhonda Patrick discussing how to limit exposure. Dr. Andrew Huberman also has an in-depth discussion on it here.
If you just want the 80/20:
Stop drinking out of anything plastic (esp. water bottles)
Do no eat/drink heated food or drink (microwaved food in plastic, k-cups, hot coffee in paper cups lined with plastic, etc)
Replace any cookware that has a non-stick coating
